I had been telling myself for a while now that if something ever happened to my Funtana 90 I'd replace it with the same thing, or now the Funtana 100 since it's come out. Well, that something happened today when an aileron servo stripped out and the resulting flutter separated the wing from the fuselage at about 100'. In any event, I immediately began to think about the Funtana 100 sitting on the shelf at the lhs. Then I started thinking, what else is out there? I started browsing around and became instantly torn between the Funtana 100, Goldberg Sukhoi, and Great Planes Super Chipmunk. I suspect the Chipmunk would be a bit too big for my motor, even though it's what Great Planes calls for. The Sukhoi or Funtana would be a perfect fit. So, what do you guys think about those, or do you have any other that I haven't yet thought about? Criteria: must be an aerobatic ARF and fly well with a YS 1.20 4-cycle. Bonus points if it's scale (this is where the Sukhoi sets the hook). I'm just a bit concerned that the performace the YS had in the Funtana may have spoiled me and leave me disappointed with its performance in the larger and heavier Sukhoi.
