The rudder at the bottom edge from the hinge line to the aft most point is 6 1/4".
The counter balance for the rudder from the top of the tail fin to the top of the rudder is 2 1/4".

The elevators from the hinge line to the aft edge are 2 5/8"
The counter balance for the elevators are 1 3/4" wide at the hinge line.
