Default RE: The Eyeball?

I had two of them and I can tell you mine would not fly knife edge out of the box. I don't
know that much about aerodynamics so I can't explain it but the roll coupling was very strong
in the same direction as the applied rudder. It was strong enough to fly the airplane without
ailerons, it would even do a rudder roll. You had to apply enough aileron to counteract the
rudder roll to fly knifedge. The airplane was so fast I used no rudder input on 4-point rolls, just
bumped the aileron stick 4 times. Other than that issue it was a very honest and easy to fly airplane
and would slow down very slow for landings, I liked it a lot, looked good too. I had mine painted
black and white with scallops on the tail like Bonettis Troublemaker with a little red and bright
blue trim.
