My throttle is 3/4 to full it kicks in at different times sometimes at 3/4 and sometimes at full.... I also have the trim all the way up.

In the blade grips there were 2 washers (one flat washer and one shoulder spacer).... I first tried them in the order of screw, spacer with shoulder facing bearing, flat washer. That did not work.

I put them back to screw, washer, spacer with shoulder facing bearing and its still bad.

I believe all parts are clean but I will lube them again.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help in advance
