Take the head shim out and retune it. Do not try squeezing out every last bit of power because it will have less than higher nitro fuel. If the 10% fuel you have run has more oil in it than the car fuel you previously ran, then yes it will run a little hotter.

As long as you tune it so the top end does not sag or fade away on a wide open strech and the off idle mixture performance is crisp and clean, no bogs or hesitations; then you will be fine, it will not be too lean and you will not hurt anything regardless of temp. Crisp and clean but never too lean.
