Like ct420 said, Have you crashed ?? If so Check the spindle. They bend just as easy
as the main shaft. Sounds like you put things back OK. Oil the Swash and the top of head
(Plastic parts ).Check blade tracking again.
You could Unplug BOTH motors and arm the 4n1 and raise throttle stick and watch the swash
it should move down when you raise the stick.
