Wow... hmmmm... I have no experience with that scenario. :-)

I would guess that you are pretty good at linkages and clevises and the like. Radios and motors, too. Stick control, as well. So, that just leaves getting used to having the prop on the front rather than the top of your aircraft.

A trainer is going to be so slow and forgiving for a guy with your experience. Are you going to have an experienced model airplane pilot help you with take off and landings at first? Or, are you just going for it?
