...I personally like to build as much as fly because I want a plane that I can call mine. So their not all the same handfull of ARFs. Some of us have more time on their hands than others and are able to have something a little different. At least I can finally get up and down in one piece and that I am proud of.

Agree. I enjoy the building process as much as I do the flying part. Besides, by building I know the quality of every glue joint in the model - and I can cover/finish as I choose.
