Fella's,

I am sure this has been discussed before, but I don'y have the time to read through the enire forum. I just put the upgrade kit on today with the 3 cell 1200 lipo, and I don't seem to get more than about 2 feet of lift. The main motor is also incredibly hot even with the heat sinks. I have also not put it in idle up yet either but figured it should still fly with some ease in normal mode. It just seems to me that I was having a better flight experience with the stock gear on. Any help/advice would be great.
