Default Has anyone built a Curtis Hawk P6-e?

I bought a set of Wyndall Hostettler plans for his 84" Curtis Hawk. After looking them over I am not very happy with the design. He is using one solid sheet of 3/8" balsa for the horizontal and vertical stab....the top wing has 1deg POSITIVE incidence while the bottom wing has 1 deg NEG. incidence.

Has anyone built this plane? If so, did you modify the plans any and how did it fly (+ what engine did you put in it).

Thanks!
