Default RE: whats wrong with this engine

Low end is lean for sure... the high end... (shrug) you never had it wound up high enough or long enough to tell. open up the low end at least 1/8 turn... 1/4 turn would probably be closer... then wind that sucker up and see how it reacts at FULL throttle... if it sags or stumbles at FULL throttle richen the high speed needle an 1/8 turn at a time until it smooths out and holds RPM solid with a good smoke trail... then richen it a touch more. if it bogs and sound burbly then lean the high end 1/16 at a time and try again until it's sounds smooth and still has good smoke. once your high end is set you'll have to finish tune the low end... it should transition from idle to full throttle smoothly with no sag or stumble(lean) if bogs down and sounds burbly then lean the low end a bit and try again. one thing to remember... ALWAY's run up to full throttle with each adjustment to clear it out and THEN see what your adjustment has done!
