Have YOU tried calling them? The origianl JKAerotech guys sold to the new guys and they may have been out to the NATs. I would suggest giving them a phone call sometime.

And choose whatever form of combat floats your boat for local level combat. You can always go to whatever RCCA combat you want later. Scale ships are less forgiving then Open, but they look cooler and for sport flying they're pretty fast and fun. You could look into their SSC Scale ships like the Helldiver. I've thought about them real hard lately.
