This is a Deans whip antenna. Very similar to the Revolution whip. I have used these with great success in the past, so I decided to use one here.
Spar
Spar, can you remove the whip for transport? Does it screw out or is it permanently instlled? I thought about using this type of antenna but I was concerned about "hanger rash" damage.
