Hey guys, so I finally get the truck running cool and am able to get about halfway through the break in with my X. After letting the truck cool to room temperature as per break in instructions I go to to turn it back on with the roto. Only this time the shaft is not being gripped by the Roto drill. I can hear the roto drill moving inside but its not turning the shaft. Every once in a few trys it will grip it for a split second and then start grinding like its slipping? Has anyone had this happen to them? Anyways, as everyone on here has said HPI has great customer service, and are sending me a new Roto Start unit. Does anyone know how long it generally takes for HPI to send this kind of stuff? The reason I was wondering how long it will take is because the tank still has a quarter tank of fuel in it. If I am not going to be able to run it for a few days should i drain the tank?? Any suggestions regarding roto or the fuel draining will be greatly appreciated.
