3/16". The mount is 1/8" thick if you want that info to decide how long of bolt to buy.

A few thou under 7/16". It's designed for you to drill the prop to 7/16". Read the thread "center drilling props?" in the Giant Scale Aircraft forum if you haven't drilled large holes in props before. It will give you some ideas on a good way to drill the hole.
