Default RE: Powerline Hobbies EDGE 540

I had a Saito .91 on mine. I think a Saito .82 would do good, but I think you would be disapointed with the .46. It would fly the plane, but it would probably be lacking in vertical. The plane flys well, and does a knife edge spin better than any other plane I've owned. Rolling harriers can get a little fast, just use dual rates and reduce the throws a bit when you want to do one. Hovers and torque rolls easily. Flat spins were real nice, did great upright to inverted adn inverted to upright transitions. Point rolls, hammerhead turns, snaps were all clean. The thing I really enjoyed about th is plane is I could take it on a pass down the runway and it would just track so beautifully. It was no problem bringing the wheels inches off the ground on a pass. One thing it did to poor were knife edges. You had to be at a high speed to get it to stop decending. Now having said that, I have seen videos of other people's who will do them fine, so it could have been something with my set-up, and not the plane at all.
