hey guys i am looking to get into the buggies. i've raced my lst monster truck for 1 year. and buggies are taking over our track and i'd like to switch. i'v had a bunch of other nitros, 4 stadium trucks, 3 monster trucks, many on road and 2wd buggies, but never a nitro 4wd buggy. money wise i dont want to go crazy. but i want something decent. i only race 1 track and only 2 times a month. so not a serious racer but want something competitive. so i was wondering what's the main differences. i mean ofna has the ULTRA COMP2 W/26 RTR for $269. that's cheap to me. i know you get what you pay for i know i'd want to use my own radio gear and upgrade the engine (probaly o.s.) but for the extra rtr stuff it can go in something else... but i feel like it's the bottom of the line rc buggy. but when i compare the other ones to it. like the ofna bmx, ofna hyper 7. i just can't see the difference other than price. i'd like to stick with ofna. lhs carries parts. but would consider a kyosho, or gs. buddy had a gs. wasn't that impressed????? i just dont see a difference. is there something that would be a must have for racing? or a definite DONT BUY??? thanks for any help and any suggestions. clint.
