I posted a question to TopFlite under the Kit MFG support sub forum on 7/28. Is this forum monitored by the MFG? How long should I expect to wait before I receive some sort of response?

If Bill Baxter aka Bax is the person to respond I see he has been responding to other posts as recent as today 8/2? What is the deal?
