There's a lot of guys at my club that would hate to see a Do Bipe,mostly the gasser crowd,I would never here the end of it if I bought one. I think they have some kind of issue or something. When I told several of them I was doing hovering tail touches with the Do,I got negative replies back like:"I have to see it first" and when I didnt do it on command "you didnt do anything I cant do". It was breezy that day and I've been doing them in the evenings when its light or calm. Granted,its cheating a bit flying mostly when its calm, but its safer and still good to see what can be done in optimum conditions. I wonder if they will bother to ask the people that saw the tail touches? Something tells me they dont want to know or maybe they really dont care,its like they love their planes and how they are flying,nothing else matters.
