You'd be pretty hard pressed to find any buggy that would do a wheelie from a stand still. Their center of gravity is too low to the ground and I don't think the engines in the redcats are anywhere near strong enough to do it.

Most of those wheelies you see are on monster trucks that sit high off the ground and have a relatively short wheel base. They also pack some serious punch.
