Looking at the pictures of the bottom of the cowl in post #77, I have some concerns about engine cooling. There's not much head hanging out the bottom of this one and the cowl is cut tight to the exhaust.
I hated to cut the cowl so much
, but I finally opened mine up a little more also.

By the way I just weighed mine. 17lbs 14ozs.
. I built it pretty much stock with a DA50,pitts muffler,3x Fromeco 2400MAH batteries. I had hoped to come in a little lighter but I'll fly her as is for now.
