i remember neurotex mentioning that he had some capacitors on a couple of the N20s and it seemed to help the longevity of the RX, which isnt surprising. i'm sure they'd help your RX too, jonny.

The capacitors did seem to help and they didn't impede performance.
I won't say for sure that they protected the RX.
No protection is 100% safe!
