hey 46u
yea thats the disk i got yesterday. i didn`t put it in yet.
i did hit the stock pad with sandpaper. works ok now. if its happens again
i`ll put the carbon one on.
i thought about an airleak too. but when i was building the car i asked my friend.
you think we should seal up the motor. he talked me out of it.
i`ll try screwing with the needles alittle more. it starts fine and makes good smoke.
but no more oil pouring out the muffler, just a drop or two when i shut down.
i guess i shinned the diffs ok. after 8 tanks. they feel fine. i was doing donuts, burn outs, power slides. i love this truck. i can see why hpi stop making a 2 speed trans for it. its fast enough for me
with a one speed. out of control fast with steet tires and wheels.

Would not hurt to seal it to make sure. They still have a 2 speed that can be made to work but the problem with the 2 speed is you have to take the slipper out and take more of a chance of damaging the drive train more so for off road use or jumping. So you are running mainly on road?
Keep us posted.
