I just bought this tank from tower. newly packaged and all. I am using it for some other application. I noticed that there's no prefilter inside the tank nor some sort of tubing that can reach to the bottom of the tank.

I put water in it and connect fuel tubings to see how will the fuel go if I presurize it. water just doesn't come out after 3/4 of the tank.

is there a missing part in here somehow?
