I'm with BigRed, aluminum is for bling on a shelf queen. If you're bashing or racing your truck, stick to the plastic parts. If you break, upgrade to RPM if they make the part.

If you're consistently breaking a smallish part, you can try aluminum and see if it fixes it (i'm looking at you rod-ends)
