James, I had something similar to that. I replaced mainshaft,spindle,flybar,tail feathersand shaft . Oh ye
T.R bearings,mainshaft bearings,upper rotor head assembly. I took it out on my test bench and spooled it
up and it still shaked, rattled and is/was grounded. I finally broke out a new set of blades (Flats). I
balanced them and tracked them yes, all is well. Then there was the tx.
