Bob, I just did the same thing, just about replaced all the same parts, just to find out it was the blades. I now have a brand new set of blades. She runs smooth as ever until you touch the elevator and it decends hard and then goes back up. I just can't for the life of me figure out the problem. I even get it up enough to get it out of ground effect, but, that just makes the hard bounce hit the ground harder. Matter of fact, with the new main rotor shaft, all the other parts slid on it alot nicer than the older one, so one would assume that it would work alot better. I am just lost in the sauce I guess.
