I think I see a slight error in the second one...You say set the LSN to 2-2 1/2 out and the HSN flush with the collar...That's pretty backwards, isn't it? I always thought it was the HSN around 2 1/2 out and the LSN flush with the collar, and 1mm vs 1/16 has gotta be relatively close...both these settings sound close, except the HSN being either 2-2 1/2 or 2 1/2-3 turns out...take the common ground and you should be relatively close for starting purposes I would think either would work...
