You're totally right, $60 is $60, do what you need to do and know that Super Tiger makes some very good and powerful engines! For the money they are some of the best engines around! As long as you keep using your head as well as your wallet for these decisions you can't go wrong! You'll enjoy the plane knowing you did it the way you chose! I wish you nothing but success!! Still, reinforce the landing gear block, it is almost a "must do" upgrade. Drill two holes through from the wing saddle opening to the exhaust ramp just inside the dowels, fill it in with glass and while still wet, lay in two 4-40 rods to hold it all together.
