Default RE: FEEDBACK ON SIG AEROKOTE COVERING

Good stuff. On all the airplanes I have covered I always used either Monokote or Ultracote. I found that the Monokote was more opaque and seemed to hold up better but the Ultracote was easier to stretch and easier to layer (due to its low temp application). But when the Aerokote came out I decided to try it and discovered that it is basically the best of both worlds. It stretches great, it's very opaque (solid colors of course), it layers VERY easily and seems to hold up extrememly well. I have had several planes covered with it and I've been real happy. I have a kit built Sr Falcon that I did in Aerokote and except for some hangar rash, it basically looks new. I do have to occasionally tighten a wrinkle here or there but it is rare. Also, the rolls are considerably larger than than the other coverings. It takes a little getting used to but I think you'll be happy with it.
