Default RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

rtn9105... I found my trim and setup a little different when I was using the S-100
and a lot was just using too much power and having a hard time getting the plane
to stall without over controling from to much prop wash... Throttle control was one
of the biggest things that I had to work on, but I really enjoyed the added power
when it was needed, but most my throttle was at or below 1/4..... And after a bit
I really liked having the 100 on there, since weight/flt. times were about the same
but I had all the stick travel when needed.....
But some really enjoy flying as light as possible..
I think the difference between the 72 and 100 is about 3oz and for me on the S82/
S100 was only about an oz, since I had to add weight....
IMO, I think too much is put on hi torque/speed servos... Don't get me wrong they
are nice and needed at times but on a lot of planes and IMO the "Do" 46 is one that
does fine on standard BB servos of 47/50oz's

Work with the planes setup/feel... Once you get it to your liking, I think you will enjoy
the added power......

I thought you said S-72??? I think the S-65 is almost the same weight as the 100????
so weight should not be the problem, just setup for all that added prop wash....
