I did a post a while back on the subject of the flip. I will try and find it and post you the link.

How east the hatch is to move depends on how much glue is holding it on. I did both my ones and one came off with very little effort, the other took a bit of a fight but it did not bother me as I was converting to mid production anyway. If you damage it while trying I have a spare one here so PM me if you need it.

The extra link helps if you have a tank that pulls in one direction all the time plus makes it look more accurate as the real ones had a bit of sag in them.
