I did not know they made the 4*40 in and ARF. IF that is the case I think I would probably suggest that also. I would not recommend the 60 only because of cost restraints. On second thought there is a downside to the 4*s They are not a good wind plane for a novice. Just as you say they float in and are very susceptible to gusts where a plane like a Super Sportster or a kaos penetrate a little better with a fully symmetrical wing.
