Sounds like your servos are collectively about 3ozs less than mine. That probably would account for all the difference. This plane is very long and has a lot of leverage out there on the tail. I'll bet the extra 3 ozs I have in servo weight is the only difference.

The good news is your plane is probably 3ozs lighter than mine for the same reason. So adding a couple ozs of lead will probably not hurt it. Or you could go to heavier duty servos. I use the HITec 5645 on this plane. That's on the rudder, I us 5625 on the elevators.
