If we had a 3-D only contest at our field on a day with light wind(no foamies), I think my Do would stand up to any rival plane,even gassers up to 40% with flyers of similiar experience. If precision was the game,the Do would sit. I have to make quite a few mods,but they not that complicated or expensive,and I like mixing. No other plane can do some of the bizzare stunts the Do-Can-Do(sorry),like wheelie hops to a hover. I do understand the "presentation" idea, I hear that said a lot about the Do,guys wont fly one because it "looks funny","doesnt present itself well". Well who are they "presenting" it to? Its always the same group of guys out there,we all know each other,none of us go to contests. Granted the 40% will probably steal the "show"(if there was a show here) even if I matched every move. I haven't forgotten that its a HOBBY,as in have some FUN,ENJOY yourself,indulge yourself into whatever suits you. OK,sorry for the ranting,I'm done with this issue,the Do is back and I'm gonna go have more fun right now,oh,have to build it first.
