Default RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

mixmaster...

Yea...I have a Giant. I only got 5 flights on it before I destroyed the engine (OS160FX). It seized up in mid air. Tower replaced it though. It never seemed like enough engine. But the engine was probably faulty. Anyways, I'm trying to decide what to do. It's a neat plane. I have the wing set up with 8 servos that will provide "crow" full scale aileron, spoileron, flaps, or all of the seperately. That's the very reason I got the 12Z radio. So I could program all that.

The plane flew very smoothly and nice but I didn't really get to even try and 3D with it. The engine always felt like it just wouldn't come up to speed.

I'm debating on what to do now. I have a DA50 that would really make it sing or I could put the new 160 in it or I've been thinking about a 160 YS.

But I want to get the CAP up first. Then I'll come back to the UCD. But I also have a 46 and a 60 UCD. I love those planes. I'm back and forth on whither I like the 46 or the 60 better. I always favored the 46 until I put the mighty 110 in the 60. Wow. What a difference. Now they are so close that I guess they are BOTH my favorite. But I keep flying other planes to see if I can find something I like more. Yes, I have found planes I really like and sometimes I even like flying them more for a time, but it seems I always come back to the UCDs sooner or later and say "man I just have more fun flying these".

Anyways,,,,just my opinion.

Thanks
