depends on the engine but usually the bigger the number the bigger the engine .12 is smaller than .16

some engine are just are just plain better than others you could have a .16 engine but if you put an O.S. .12 TZ (P)-T 3-Port Turbo in get way more power hence it just depends on what motor you have
