vsustko - I've noticed these tendencies you describe on several aircraft. For me, it depends on how much elevator I'm using when it comes to rolling out of tight loops and tip stalling. I think almost any airplane is going to roll out of the loop if you give it enough elevator.
Also, in the harriers, I've found that getting the nose up and using smaller amounts of elevator with generous amounts of throttle, (sometimes pulsing/revving the engine helps) are what help keep the wings from rocking.
I've had other 3D aircraft and all of them, with enough elevator input, will start to roll or snap with enough elevator input. You may try bringing the CG aft a little bit to see if that helps you to use less elevator in the high alpha maneuvers, thus making the unwanted rolling lessen.
