I've seen that, and you would have to make the improvements that he talks about to get 20,000 rpm out of the engine, and I don't use castor in it either. I find the needle works a lot like a two stroke. Too lean it stops. 3-4 clicks richer than that is ok and it doesn't get any better as you open it on up, just blows out more fuel.
