dont get me wrong,dont want to push the h.l. brand,
but mine does the 300 ft or so(did`nt measure it but having trouble to see witch side is the front .

you had really a bad time with your h.l.[&o]
the bullet should go trough
a sheet of paper at 2-4 ft or so depends on witch one i take.
napkins 10 ft or so,why nap. ?
i use napkins(table paper tissue) and empty box of facial tissues(kleenex) to make some target -bullet recovery systems.

swathdiver must have a good idea about your problem. me i did played yet with the shooting system.
