i don't use the fiber plate because it's only for the Christen eagle and the Challenger. i use 3mm balsa for this, but on my Christen Eagle i don't use the fiber plate , just covered with oracaver ( for the pitts to)

i don't have the smoke pump for the moment but i have the tank (1liter) Fanta bottle ! and 1.5l for the tank fuel (PET bottle) approx 18 min

but you can win some weight with the motor dome ...

BUT i use jumbo servo in my plane JR14021 approx. 130gr and ihave 2 per aileron, 3 for the rudder and 1 per elevator, with standar size servo you can save 800gr

with 1 receiver 1 powerbox and 2 battery you save 700gr (if you use standar 10 cell)

i have the competion version , with the magnesium version you save 430 gr and you decrease the weight of the tail.

i'm just worry with the cg...
