Default Alternate foam core wing skin material?

Hi all, I'm looking for an alternative foam core wing skin material. Something other than the traditional balsa, obichi ply, or low temp iron on covering. I have an old Filtecraft ARF which has a thin, yet tough skin on the wing which is plastic coated. I wish I could find that stuff but the manufacturer is out is business. There's thin polystyrene sheet material like those orange and black "for sale" signs, but I can't find it in bigger sizes suitable for skinning a wing core. Anyone have any suggestions or comments? Thanks!
