Its a fine balance on an electric model...
too little power, and you cant get it rotate, or it stops very abruptly because of the brake and you flop....
too much power going around the top will wingover....because of the huge amount of pull a 22" prop has it doesnt take much power to make this happen
The trick imo is to get into the rudder and out of the power at nearly the same time....the speed and timing at which you accomplish this depends on so much that it changes every flight
I run 45 degrees of rudder for stall turns, sometimes I use all of it and other times I use half of it, depending on how well the plane is rotating.
If done right you can get a very good looking stall turn with an emodel....but its tricky.
