RE: clutch
The best thing to do is wrap 2 wraps of electrical tape, flush with the top of the clutch, and butted end to end when you cut the tape around the clutch, glue the liner and push the clutch in while it dries, pull it out, remove the tape and poof, perfect clutch to liner clearence.
If its rubbing just a small bit it will likely wear in. If its rubbing alot it will make it hard to keep it running till you let go of the rotors.
