I am still astounded that District 5 is the ONLY AMA district that does not have a qualified frequency coordinator. Here is a listing of the frequency coordinators for the various AMA districts:

Although Mr. McNeill claims that he has done this for several years without complaint, I do know that there have been complaints and concerns expressed about this void.

Again, I wonder what Mr. McNeill's qualifications are to serve as District 5's frequency coordinator? When I see names like Pete Waters and Eloy Marez on other districts, it is embarassing that this position is held by someone who has publically bragged that he has never held a transmitter.
