Why should being friends with Mr. McNeil have anything to do with having access to AMA equipment? Do I have to be friends with the people at the Department of Motor Vehicles to get a driver's licence? No. Do I have to promise the state politicians that I will vote for them to get a Drivers Licence? No. If I voted against the state politicians do they refuse to give me a drivers licence? No.

Basically, Mr. McNeil uses the frequency scanners to further his election chances. This is truly shameful, and as his friend you should tell him so.
