RE: How do superchargers work?
peripheral have both the inlet and exhaust in the rotor housing section so when you super charge them most of the boost goes straight out the exhaust.My mate that used to drag race a 13b peripheral port found one way to overcome this problem that would work fine on a 2 stroke glow motor and that was to fit a supertrap which is basically an exhaust outlet that has plates in it that you can remove or add to increase backpressure so not only is the cylinder pressurized but also the exhaust.A tuned pipe isnt needed because the pressure from the super charger will do that job and that will work
