Default RE: Official HPI MT2 Thread

Sorry son but this is not 46U bro...this is SIM2U.

The length on the fuel line depends on where your travel on the shocks bottoms out and also how much damping you want...its a personal preference. But look at my gallery and see how much I have done. With this, mine has roughly a half or more of about a cm before it bottoms out...but it never does and works great.

You can also put the fuel hose perpendicular to a pare of pliyers and then let about a half mm or a mm stick out, then make a very small 1mm width "V" groove on both ends and then repeat this on the other side maing them spiral down about half way of the length...this will allow the first half of the fuel hose to bundle up easier thereby making the damping less aggressive but still maintaining the bottom-out feature so its all right over smaller jumps without the harsh spike of the non-hole fuel hose mod.

have a go and se what you think.

But bro...its SIM2U. 46U is the more handsom fellow......
