Check Ebay too. I don't know about the kit, but I picked up the ARF for $180 + shipping using the "make an offer" feature on Ebay. That's what the kit sells for on the site, btw.

I was gonna do the kit, and build it with my son to teach him to fly, but the arf was way cheaper in the end, since there's about $60 worth of Ultracote on the thing..... While he is still learning to fly, we are gonna build something else.
