I have a Feigao 38084 9s that needs a home. I had it in a Gecko but the RPM's were too high for a mono and the motor got hot because of the inefficiency of running the motor slow.

The motor has a KV of 4386. Could I run this in a small hydro on 8 cells without overheating the motor as it did in the mono? The hydro should have less drag and be able to go faster without as big of a load. I am not quite sure of the size of hull yet.
